I'm Dr. Michal Halperin Ben Zvi, a seasoned professional at the intersection of psychology and user experience. With a Ph.D. in the Psychology of Aging, I've always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and human behavior. My passion for understanding user needs and creating intuitive digital experiences led me to collaborate with industry giants like Microsoft, Wix.com, Medisafe, Simply (ex.Joytune), Moovit, HMO, early-stage startups, and more; I've led to substantial conversion rates and engagement gains—ranging from 20-75%. My expertise spans UX research, product strategy, and interface design.

I authored the National Guide "LOG IN- How to Increase the Use of 65+ in Digital Products," contributing to industry dialogue and setting national standards for inclusive design.

On a personal note, my first lesson in inclusive design and accessibility unfolded during a journey to India with my 86-year-old grandma.
